- Provided and supported backend APIs required by TAMM service journeys, including API contracts, payloads, integration requirements, and technical troubleshooting.
- Participated in technical planning, integration coordination, go-live readiness, and production launch activities with TAMM and related delivery teams.
- Supported end-to-end integration testing, issue resolution, API validation, and post-go-live support.
- Worked across TAMM, backend engineering, business, QA, and external stakeholder teams to help ensure reliable service onboarding and cross-platform interoperability.
